1. Agreement

By accessing or using Fresh Wheels Wash services, you (“Customer”) agree to these Terms & Conditions, forming a binding agreement between you and Fresh Wheels Wash.

2. Services Offered

We provide mobile car wash and detailing services at your location in Fowa, Kafr El-Sheikh, Egypt.

3. Booking, Payment & Cancellation

• Booking: can be made online or by phone.
• Payment: due upon service completion; we accept cash and mobile payments.
• Cancellation: free if made at least 2 hours before appointment; late cancellations incur a 50% fee.

4. Liability

We exercise reasonable care when washing vehicles, but we are not liable for pre-existing damages or modifications.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon updating the “Effective Date” above.

6. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Egypt.
